130W CW solid state amplifier from Transcom

 

Transcom expand the upper levels of their proprietry GaAs PHEMT foundry with a 130W X band module.

Transcom’s announce a new addition to their amplifier line up with a 130W X-band SSPA. The unit utilises proprietry in house GaAs PHEMT products from the Transcom foundry.

Using low voltage drive of 10-12V and a dc bias of 50A, the unit operates in class AB and is capable of operation in fast pulse modulated environments.

The unit has a 600MHz band width and can be operated at duty cycles of 30% and prf of 500KHz.
