10nF or 100nF decoupling with intergated buried RF capacitor

Presidio components announce the release of the VB Series MMIC bypass capacitor, intergating requirements of high value dc blocking with smaller RF bias capacitor in a single chip.

X7R and Y5V material base for appropriate temp compensation across sizes from 2020 to 4080.

Typical sizes:

10,000pF / 100pF at 16V max

100,000pF / 1,800pF at 16V max
