Presidio announces the release of a new RoHS compliant integrated broadband bypass capacitor.

Presidio announces the release of a new RoHS compliant integrated Hi Q broadband  capacitor for MMIC biasing applications. The new VB2040 incorporates a 10 nanofarad filter with a 100 picofarad RF capacitor inside. Measuring only .020” x .040” (.51mm x 1.02mm), the VB2040 is ideally suited inside a packaged MMIC where space is at a premium.
