Senior Office Administrator

Full Time Position

Microwave Marketing are a specialist supplier of Microwave and RF electronic components. Working from our busy offices based in Lincoln you will be responsible for co-ordinating component supply from USA, Asia and Europe into our rapidly expanding customer base in the UK. In addition to managing the supply chain to fulfil orders, submit quotations and support customer proposals you will need to demonstrate high standards of customer service.

 Skills

Must display excellent phone and email interaction with customers and suppliers.

Engaging personality, conscientious worker, flexibility and good team player.

Able to work on own initiative as part of a small team.

Competent in use of Microsoft Office based software -  outlook, excel, word and Sap .

Experienced Sales Engineer/Manager to support and extend our range of Microwave components and sub systems into Military markets.

Location not important as you will be supported to work from both Office and Home.

You will be used to working actively in the Field  supporting marketing,technical presentations and bids.
